Choosing a machine

HiFlo or LoFlo?Two ways to dose.

Both machines mix phosphine with air and inject it into grain storage. The difference is how the dose is delivered: all at once to a target weight, or slowly over a number of days.

Two different dosing curves.

How much phosphine each machine has dispensed over the course of a run.

HiFlo

Doses to a target weight, then stops.

The operator enters the target kilograms. HiFlo weighs the cylinders as it dispenses and switches from cylinder A to B automatically.

LoFlo

Doses steadily until the days are up.

The operator enters the number of days. LoFlo feeds a small, steady flow around the clock until the time is up.

Which one suits your job?

Answer three quick questions.

1What are you fumigating?

2How do you want to set the dose?

3How much grain is in storage?

Your match

Answer the questions above.

We'll point you to the machine that fits, or to a specialist if your job falls outside both.

What they share.

Leak test first

Every run starts by pressurising the system and checking for leaks.

CO2 purges

The system is purged with CO2 before and after every run.

One touchscreen

Every stage runs from a PLC touchscreen, built and programmed by GasApps.
