LoFlo is a specialised machine that mixes, dispenses and injects a phosphine and air mixture into grain storage. Instead of delivering a target weight quickly, it delivers a small, steady flow for as many days as the fumigation needs.

Type in the days. LoFlo does the rest.
On the touchscreen, the operator enters how many days the fumigation should run, from 1 to 28, and sets the flow up to 9 g/min. LoFlo then dispenses a small, steady amount of phosphine, around the clock, until the time is up.
LoFlo runs for 14 days, then stops.
How a fumigation runs

Every LoFlo fumigation follows the same safe sequence, run by PLC logic programmed by GasApps.
Leak test
The system is pressurised and checked for leaks, so the cylinders are known to be connected properly.
Pre-purge
CO2 purges air from the system before any phosphine is introduced.
Dispense, for days
Phosphine is mixed with air by the fan and fed into the storage at a low, steady rate for the days set.
Post-purge
CO2 purges phosphine from the system so it can be disconnected safely.
Built-in safety
Designed to stop safely.
A fumigation can run for weeks, so LoFlo watches itself the whole time. If something goes out of range, it shuts down and tells you.
