Control
Everything from one touchscreen.
Operators enter the target weight and run the whole cycle from the PLC touchscreen, built and programmed by GasApps. The warning light on top flags a fault at a glance.
Pressure
Pressure you can see.
Gauges on the front show line pressure during leak testing and purging, so operators can check the system with their own eyes.
Air
A high-pressure fan.
Driven by a variable speed drive, the fan pushes air through the mixing head to blend the phosphine. If air flow drops, HiFlo shuts down.
Intake
Clean air in.
The intake filter keeps dust and debris out of the air stream and away from the mixing head.
Power
Plug in and go.
One power connection runs the whole unit. For remote sites, pair it with the optional generator.

Leak test
HiFlo releases any existing pressure, then pressurises and holds for one minute while checking for a pressure drop. This confirms the cylinders are connected properly before any gas flows.

All interlocks clear. Phosphine and air are mixing and flowing to storage.
Every interlock shuts HiFlo down automatically, and the system is purged with CO2 before and after every run.
Working off the grid.
For remote sites, HiFlo can be supplied with a Powerlite PB120ET generator: electric start and a long-range fuel tank, so a fumigation is never limited by mains power.
