Everything else stays the same.
MaxiFlo follows the same principles as HiFlo, so operators already trained on HiFlo will feel at home.
One touchscreen
Enter a target weight and run every stage from a PLC touchscreen, built and programmed by GasApps.
Leak test and CO2 purges
Every run starts with a leak test, and the system is purged with CO2 before and after.
Two cylinders
Cylinders sit on weighing platforms, with automatic changeover from A to B.
Safety interlocks
Shuts down automatically on low air flow, a fan drive fault, a hot mixing head or a power failure.
Doses to a weight
Like HiFlo, MaxiFlo doses until the target weight is reached. With double the flow, it can get there sooner.
